※Contact is accepted 24 hours a day, but responses will be handled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM on weekdays (excluding weekends, public holidays, and the new year holidays). ※Please note that we may not be able to respond to certain inquiries.

To Customers Not Receiving Email Responses from Support (Please Check Your Email Settings)

1. Customer Support will contact you from email addresses with the domains "ddtpro.com" and "ddtpro.co.jp". If you have domain-specific reception settings, please register these domains.

2. Customers contact from carrier emails (e.g., @docomo.ne.jp, @ezweb.ne.jp, @softbank.ne.jp) are requested to check the reception settings

※Even with non-carrier emails, you may not receive emails due to issues such as email filtering settings or insufficient mailbox capacity. Please check these as well. ※If you have configured your reception settings and entered a usable email address but still do not receive a response, please consult your mobile phone carrier about your email settings.
